Die Casting
The existing factory buildings and equipment produce more than 1500 tons of die castings annually. The melting temperature of aluminum liquid is kept by natural gas melting furnace, the amount of soup is accurately controlled automatically, the mold temperature and demoulding machine are controlled automatically by spraying, the production efficiency is improved by automatic parts taking, the product quality is better controlled, and the casting parts of various materials can be produced, which are widely used in auto parts, hardware tools, medical equipment and other industries.
CNC
The machining workshop has more than 100 CNC machining equipment, equipped with four-axis power heads, multi-station numerical control sliding table machines and automatic machines. It is suitable for precision aluminum machining, drilling and tapping and other machining, replaces traditional machine tool electrical logic control devices, and is easy to realize complex numerical control functions.
Heat treatment
Change the organizational structure and performance of the material; change the crystal structure, grain size, phase change, density, etc. of the material by heating and cooling, so as to achieve the hardness, strength, toughness, corrosion resistance and other properties of the material.
